TEG & Associates was founded by Ewa Glowacka, current Managing Director, in 2004 to provide the utilities industry with expert advice and assistance with strategic issues relating to metering, data gathering, processing, data analysis and auditing services.

Ewa holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree and PGradDipBusAdmin. She held various senior roles during her professional career including Data Services Manager Services with NGC, TOU Billing Supervisor with Power New Zealand.
